Have you seen this TED interview with Simon Sinek? Chris Anderson poses some thought provoking questions to Sinek like – what lessons do we take from this past year? How should we lead? How should we talk to each other? How should we even relate to work?
Sinek anticipates that our world view will change post pandemic. Some carryovers that he expects include an awareness of mental health issues, the recognition of the importance of the human connection, and that trusting relationships must be nurtured and invested in so you can rely on them in a crisis. Even in our modern world, service is still imperative.
