Injection Molding

Injection Molding is one of the most widely applied technologies for the manufacture of decorative covers, enclosures and instrumentation. In the Injection Molding process, plastic pellets are introduced into a dryer/hopper which feeds the material in a controlled fashion into the screw of the injection molding machine. As the screw turns, heat is added and the plastic pellets are melted and forced into a single or multi-cavity tool. The tool itself is cooled or heated depending on the type of material. With each cycle of the press, a part is produced (single cavity).

Our injection molding capabilities range from 20 to 3300 tons and include Gas Assist, Structural Foam, Structural Web, Straight Injection, Insert Molding and Over Molding. We offer Part Design, Design for Manufacturability, Mold Flow Analysis and Finite Element Analysis.
