Program: Lupton Associates sends text messages about quote requests (RFQ confirmations, quote status updates, follow-ups from our sales team and meeting scheduling) to people who opt in on a luptons.com form.

Opt-in: You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box on a luptons.com quote or contact form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency: Message frequency varies with your request, usually a few messages per quote.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You’ll get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Lupton team ops texts

Program: Lupton team ops texts is an optional program for Lupton Associates employees. Messages are daily invoice, operations and sales notes, sent from (585) 510-3700. This program is separate from the quote request texts above.

Opt-in: Employees sign up by texting START to (585) 510-3700, or by checking the optional box on Lupton’s SMS consent form and signing it. See how to sign up and view the blank form at https://luptons.com/team-texts/. Signing up is optional and not a condition of employment, pay or any job duty. Employees who do not sign up get the same notes by email.

Frequency: Up to 2 msgs/day.
